My son bought his first car and the radio in it was very “1990’s” . We decided to go with a media receiver vs an actual stereo because we knew his music would only be coming from his phone. He does not own one CD and having the option to play his music was what he preferred. I like the fact that it connected to both Apple and Android devices. The first Kenwood unit we purchased was Android only compatibility. We now know to look for that when buying any new radio for our vehicles. I also liked that it was already satellite radio ready even though he doesn’t currently use that feature, it will be very easy to hookup later. The display has several color options to choose from if that’s important to you. Overall, it’s a great unit, produces great sound quality and was very easy to install.

Bought this to install in my Jeep. Was very easy to install and operate. Sound is awesome and love to be able to connect to Bluetooth and talk hands free.

When replacing a radio in your rusted out winter beater, you’re not going to be looking for the best, but at the same time you don’t want something that will give out in a month in use. The Kenwood multimedia single din line does not cheap out on quality. As the title states, there is NO CD PLAYER! This gives the head unit less then half the size of a normal head unit! When installing into trickier vehicles where even dash space is needed, every inch counts. And this does not have many inches to take up. With Bluetooth, aux, usb, and the ability to add SiriusXM, no longer you have to be stuck with that garbage that is called “stock radio”

It's a good basic stereo. We're updating a 1988 Bronco, and the new large-screen radios don't fit. This is a simple fix. Sounds good. Like the Bluetooth function. Easy to install.

this is the first time i have ever bought a kenwood and they have come a long ways since i started doing installs for me and my friends. i love the small compact body on this i can install it in to small spaces that are custom made and this reserve sounds amazing dang good quality and awesome settings for getting the best sound in your vehicle of any size you can go in and choose what size speakers are in your car and the size of sub woofer for the best sound possible.

I am 63 so I needed a radio I could see the displayed numbers and text on without glasses. This works for me. I love that I can make it purple too :D I still have a learning curve with getting it to talk to my flip phone but it may not be compatible with the radio.

Im so glad Best Buy still sells stereo units, this is a very well made and easy to use stereo unit to replace my current stock tape player and modernize my car system with the added Bluetooth and iPod connection.

Setting this headunit up was easy, easiest access to the settings and a good understanding on how to tune and set up. I was surprised to see how compact it is and that I can place it anywhere I wanted to in my dash. I do recommend this headunit to anyone!!!

Great little radio! Easy install and does a great job with getting the channels I need. This was for a company truck and each guy has different choices of channels. Great little radio great price.

I bought this radio for my boat. Very nice display and easy to use. I bought some speakers from Amazon, and now the sound system in the boat sounds great.

Works great does exactly what I says. Doesn’t have a cd played so it’s lighter and shorter that the stereo it replace but was easy to install.

This isn't the fanciest head unit, but it sounds good and has Alexa, I would recommend.
