The sound was terrible no matter what setting I put it on. It took too many steps to get where I needed to get. I honestly just used the bluetooth connection and left it there and even then the sound was not good at all.

Failed After 2 Months!

The multi-function button stopped working. Luckily, I had a Best buy protection plan and they sent it to the service center. I got a message a couple of days later and they decided I needed a replacement. We got an Alpine and have been pleased with it. I was not pleased with this purchase. My son was learning to drive his truck and had only been listening to the radio for around 15-20 hours total when it failed. I expected a better quality product from Kenwood.

No reception
