    It was complicated to use. The sound was terrible no matter what setting I put it on. It took too many steps to get where I needed to get. I honestly just used the bluetooth connection and left it there and even then the sound was not good at all.

    This receiver had hardly any reception. Returned it for a Pioneer deck that works GREAT! In fact I tried two different Kenwood receivers and neither had good reception!

    This radio looked great and functioned well for a couple of months. The multi-function button stopped working. Luckily, I had a Best buy protection plan and they sent it to the service center. I got a message a couple of days later and they decided I needed a replacement. We got an Alpine and have been pleased with it. I was not pleased with this purchase. My son was learning to drive his truck and had only been listening to the radio for around 15-20 hours total when it failed. I expected a better quality product from Kenwood.

    it was horrible.. Blew up right AFTER PUTTING IN DASH. tried TO RETURN BUT WAS TOLD WOULD NOT RETURN. BAD BAD RADIO. NO STORE SATISFACTION
