Convenient but reliable?

The first one stopped working, tried descaling with no luck. Bought the second one for Christmas 2015 and already having the same issue within 6 months. Mind you my wife is the sole user and only drinks coffee in the mornings. Keurig customer service were helpful with troubleshooting. It turns out that descaling isn't enough, there is a needle in the device that also needs maintenance and if clogged or dirty will not allow the device to work properly. My wife still loves her Keurig though! lol
