It's a wonderful machine. Coffee comes out hot and can be either 10,8 or 6 oz which are great! I would defiantly recommend it

Love this pot! Very effective and ready to use! I love the concept of one cup at a time.

This is our second Keurig. We spent more money this time hoping to get a better product. It lasted maybe a year. It would take a longer than usual time to run the water through the Kcup. Sometimes it would not at all. Some of the Kcups would get an error that it was not compatible, so we had to keep repositioning it to accept it. This unit does not brew anything but 2.0 coffee pods. One other reason we bought this was the feature of a full pot. I bought a Keurig reusable pod but did not realize it was not for brewing a pot, it was just a higher capacity coffee mug. So I bought a no-name brand reusable coffee pod for a whole pot of coffee. Why doesn't Keurig make their own? Lastly, I contacted customer service via email to review my warranty options. Never a response. I called customer service, and they only told me to use the cleaning accessory and look up the procedure on YouTube. Not the solution to our problem. So we trashed it, and bought a Keurig style coffee maker, but not a Keurig brand. We do not plan to purchase another Keurig coffee maker.

I bought this maker after getting tired of having a half a pot of coffee go to waste daily between my wife and I. After about two weeks the maker would stop brewing and a "Please Wait: Hot do not lift" message showed up on the screen. It brewed about half to three fourths of it's expected capacity. I Google searched and found remedies galore for this seemingly common occurrence. People recommended everything from cleaning the puncture nozzle with a paperclip to turning the machine upside down and slapping it. I tried it all. At this point, I had only owned the maker for 2 weeks and it was already acting up. These small things would "fix" the issue. We would get about 3 or 4 full pours out of the maker then, boom. Right back to where we were. I was adamant that everything would work out fine, however, my wife insists on us switching to another maker entirely. Thankfully I have the protection plan through Best Buy, otherwise I would have to go through hassle of making a manufacturer claim. This item will be exchanged and we may end up going the route of Hamilton Beach.

I wish you could brew a 14 or 16 oz cup like advertised. For the money it should have more options.

I prefer large cups of coffee, I thought this coffee maker is a bad idea

The price was good so I thought I would try this. The shipping was very fast. It is very easy to make a cup of coffee and the taste is first rate. There are many brands and flavors to try. Anyone should be able to find one they like.

Had issues almost immediately with the first one. Had to exchange for a new one. Apparently keurig has had issues with this model. Still undecided at this point and hoping it doesn't die on me. Best buy was great as far as the exchange.

Bought mine over Christmas, coffee does not taste that great. Only used it a few times and it got clogged, I had to take a paper clip and clean it out.

Great size and capacity for my husband and I. We also got a reusable K-cup so we didn’t waste so much plastic and it’s definitely worth it!

If you like your coffee strong, it will clog almost weekly. More time cleaning than brewing it seems. Great when it works at full capacity.

This has been used daily since it was purchased, the only thing it doesn't do is allow you to use pods from the original machine.

Thanks to the Keurig Coffeemaker, I don't have to go to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks in the morning to get my morning coffee.

Still loving this thing after all these days. You can never go wrong as long as you have your favorite kind of coffee.
