When you finish brewing and remove K-cup, it asks to dispense hot water everytime. I shudder to think of the day I hit continue rather than cancel. K-cups are a little pricy.

I believe that this machine should last a long time I only purchase it in November 2016! I am so disappointed on this item! I have one in my new york place which I purchase 2 years ago and it still works!
