nice machine for infrequent use

Although she is not a coffee drinker at heart she does drink coffee on occasion, but she does enjoy hot tea. This machine gives you the option of makingseveral different beverages as well as just plain hot water. It's quick and efficient and I also like the low water level alert system. Nice purchase

decent unit for the upper middle tier

Slightly disappointed with the drip catch tray top end models are stainless, and I thought this model would be the same, but alas a fully plastic version. But it is fully functional.
