We were excited to upgrade to a keurig for Christmas this year, and we like it but the one we bought has a malfunction so we have already had to call keurig and get a replacement sent in. They said that the new ones are malfunctioning and the size of the coffee you want will switch on you when you click start.

I totally give this a 5 star. Makes coffe fast especially when I'm in a hurry.

It's easy and fast to make coffee, just hard to find the flavor/brand we like.

I'm not sure if there is something wrong with this unit but, it gives you 2 size selections for coffee. And it just never seems like it dispenses enough product. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth every time I use it. I did go to my friends house and use his older machine it does the same thing. Maybe someone needs to show Keurig what a full cup of coffee looks like.

Overall good product, my wife and i use is for teas, hot chocolates, and coffee. Holds a good amount of water. Peridically the display screen goes blank and i have to unplug the machine for it to restart and work again. We purchases item when Best Buy was having its 20% off amall appliance sale made it about $90.00 good deal for this machine for that price.

I love that you can make the caraf of coffee and not just one cup

I really enjoy being able to use the larger pods, but there are selections for 4 or 5 different "pods" and it can be confusing. still, its a Kuerig. if you're getting one, this would be the model to get. our second Kuerig machine, after we didnt clean our first one enough and eventually burnt up (read the instructions so you dont go through what we did)

Great tasting coffee in a short amount of time,totally satisfied

The feature that i love about this model is the fact that you can make your coffee "strong", so that it gives you even more options with your k-cups. It's also nice to have the karaffe so that you can make more than one cup at a time. Now that you can get a reusable pod that works with it, this is really a great buy, especially when it goes on sale!

I searched for the best Keurig Coffee Machine at the best price. Best Buy had the best price and the best service mailing it to my home. This K-Cup is great -- so many choice for sizes of drinks from 4 to 10 ounces. You can heat hot water as well as make the new Campbell Soup K-cups. Our family didn't know how much we needed this machine!

I wish I would have jumped on the Keurig bandwagon sooner!
