    Love my Keurig. Only downfall is the filter is sold separately and you cannot use it without the filter so make sure you purchase one.

      Hi! The use of the water filter is recommended but not necessary. We advice using bottled or filtered water in your Keurig brewer. Coffee and tea are over 98% water so quality drinking water is necessary for a good coffee, tea or iced beverage. Never use softened water because sodium ions in softened water form a gelatinous mass around the coffee grounds and tea leaves, slowing down the extraction process and causing over-extraction.     Bought this for my wife and she loves it. This has all that is needed for the casual coffee drinker. Works fast and is easy to clean. Got it with the drawer that keeps the K-Cups underneath. That was a big plus!

    compared to my last coffee maker (hamilton beach flex brew) this thing is a dream. I love the tank and the quality of coffee it brews. its quick to heat up and coffee is the perfect temp for drinking.
