I bought this because the price was good, plus there was an offer of a gift card with purchase. My sister has this specific model so I already knew that it worked well. Her family uses it a lot to make coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I knew it would be a great purchase!

This is the second Keurig we have owned. Brews an excellent cup of coffee every time.

I bought this to replace a similar Keurig I had. Where I live, the water is very hard and has a lot of calcium and minerals in it. I filter my water through the refrigerator and through a Brita water pitcher before I pour it into the Keurig water reservoir. My previous Keurig did not have a built-in water filter as this one has. I tried using the Keurig cleaner on the previous one and even after rinsing multiple times the previous one still left a strange metal taste in anything I brewed through it. I am hopeful, that the new one with built-in water filter will keep it running smoothly. I have owned it now for a couple of months and is working great!

I really like this coffemaker. I had the B60 Keurig but it stopped working but you got to know that it was between 11 and 12 yrs old, I couldn't get another B60 so I bought this one the B50 on Oct 1, 2016 and it arrived a few days later at my home. I did the necessary wash-clean and prepare the coffeemaker to make coffee. I really like it so far as it is quiet and seems to be very good at making a cup of coffee in just a couple minutes. I just couldn't imagine being without this coffeemaker. It makes my day when I want coffee there is only a minute or so between thought and coffee in my hand. It doesn't have the cup sizes, clock , temperature control like the B60 but it does have the Descale and I do like that. It has just the right amount of dodads for me and it makes "great coffee" and isn't that what the aim is? I am very happy with my purchase. I also bought the replacement warranty so it if does go down I will get a brand new one or they will fix this one for me. So right now I am a happy Best Buy customer. Oh yes, and I do use my own k-cup from the B60 and it fits perfectly so I can use my own coffee of which I love. So happy here for sure. Thanks Best Buy for being there!!!

I have owned a first generation original Keurig for years and it has never let me down, when I noticed that they came out with new colors I purchased it immediately and it was on sale! Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee!

Even though this is the older model it works very well. Good for the home or office.

My first experience with a Keurig was with my previous employer. I simply had to buy my own. So, when my old coffee maker broke I decided to buy a Keurig. This model is very easy to operate and makes a great cup of coffee.

I’ve wanted a keurig for a long time and saw that it was on sale! Got it for a good price and even came with free pods. It’s so convenient and easy to make coffe in the morning now. The kids also love the hot chocolates and ciders. Definitely recommend!

After researching these things for months, and being hesitant on buying one due to the failure rates of them, I decided to try one. So far, so good, we love ours. It works great, quick, convenient, and has not disappointed. Hopefully it will last awhile.

We got this for $60 during Black Friday and overall, we are happy. That being said, I am a little put off by the design. There is a water level sensor in the reservoir and the way this Keurig works is that the reservoir has to have about 2 cups in it at all times; even if you have enough to brew one cup. So what ends up happening is the K50 takes whatever amount you choose to make a cup and heats it up, but won’t actually brew the cup unless the reservoir is above the threshold. Kind of weird design, but maybe there is a legitimate reason behind it. It’s still a decent little machine.
