Makes some of the best regular coffee. The Keurig portion is hot garbage as usual. I did not buy it for the Keurig portion, I bought it for the regular coffee maker. I heard great things about this machine and I can attest that they are 100% accurate. This machine also makes coffee faster than my previous machine.

It works better than the first Keurig I had purchased. Having the metal carafe is an added bonus for this model.

Bought this Keurig because my last one gave out after about 6 years and I wanted something that takes up less space. Figured I couldn't go wrong with this brand. The family has used it everyday for the last 6 months now. I gave it four stars only because I believe the water reservoir could be a bit larger to accommodate the carafe (which we constantly use) and I don't like the result when using the single refill pod. Even tried using the "strong" setting to get a better brew of my own coffee and it doesn't make a difference. However, it does work great with the store bought pods for a quick cup so maybe it is my choice of plastic refill pods. Overall I really like this model. It fits nicely on my coffee bar, brews quickly, doesn't drip at all, coffee is piping hot, easy to set timer and the carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours.

Keurig finally got it right. The 1st Duo was not worth it. Keurig fix the issues, redesigned the Duo with this one and its great! The versatility of being able to move the water tank around for space saving is awesome. Only down side is wish it was a 70oz and not a 60oz. Not a deal breaker. I love this one! Definitely worth the money. Great job Keurig on getting this right!

I like the idea of having one appliance for a single cup or a carafe of coffee. I've used the K-cup option quite a bit since receiving the unit and am happy with the performance of the machine; my only wish is having the option for a touch hotter coffee than the current output, but that's a matter of personal preference. It's fast enough for me for the single cup output. Haven't had the opportunity to brew a whole carafe at this point.

Perfect space saver plus the removable pitcher makes refilling the water easy for underneath the cabinets.

We needed this. Using 4 or 5 k-cups if we had guests over was not economical. And brewing a full pot every time you need a cup is not convenient. Having both options in one compact unit is great. The carafe' stays HOT! I also like the handle on the reservoir and saves the trouble of trying to fill the reservoir with something else.

Love this kuerig. It has been a great addition to our kitchen.

I dont really like Kcups, but this coffeemaker was the right form factor for my space. Love the front load, and that you can configure the water to be in different positions to fit your space. Most importantly, make a great pot of coffee :)

I previously had a Keurig, but wanted to get a new one. Love this new K-Duo! Able to make single serve, as well as full pots, of coffee with the touch of a button. Easy to fill water container, and very slim and nice looking on the counter top. Such a nice coffee maker, and makes great coffee as well as other beverages!!!

Relative easy to setup and use. Good value when is on sale.
