Had to read directions a couple of times to learn how to shut off and switch between pots of coffee and single K Cups, but it all makes sense now. We wish it had come with a self filling single cup holder since my older versions don’t work in this model. Wish it also came with a reusable coffee filter. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

I like this style because I do not have 2 coffee makers sitting on the counter. It still has the same problem as the previous coffee maker. The coffee is not very hot especially when you add refrigerated creamer to it. Otherwise, it works the way it is supposed to.

It would be even better if it would incorporate nespresso pods too-other coffee makers offer all three.

We didn’t realize how much we needed this in our lives until now. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding an option for the coffee pot warmer to stay on for more than two hours without needing to reset it each time.
