    The coffee maker is amazing Best Buy got it to me in great timing I make the best lattes out of it. I appreciate Best Buy for the great help and service that they give wouldn’t have went with anyone else.

    We love having the dual coffee maker being able to make a pot or just putting a k-cup for a quick cup of hot coffee. The design is excellent.

    I love this coffee machine!! The coffee pods used with this machine taste amazing!! It’s fast and is perfect in my kitchen. I’m a huge coffee girl (my mother is European) and I approve this wonderful coffee machine!!

    Bit expensive, but a good coffe maker none the less; no issues yet after a few months. Wish the water tank was a bit larger, but its fine for what it is.

    Got this for my mom because she loves coffee but says making a complete pot is a waste so small cups for her and pot for when visitors come

    A pot of coffee doesnt pour with out making a mess. Poor design. Otherwise, what you would expect.

    I ❤️ this Keurig coffee maker. My coffee is very hot and it is not weak and even the 12 cup it tastes very good and strong and strong is optional I-like mine coffee strong

    It brews well, both k-cup and carafe. The only reason I give it a three rating is because the carafe leaks from the spout tip, especially if you are pouring from a full carafe. It appears to be a pour design on the spout which seems to small for a carafe of its size. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that one big flaw.

    I would not repurchase this. The individual cup size does not work. When I choose the 12oz cup size, it gives me half of that.

    This is the loudest one I've had yet. Its almost as if a plane is taking off. It does make really good coffee though!

    Great coffee maker, EXCEPT the pot spout leaks. On our second replacement and it still leaks! Would return the whole thing for a refund, but too late. Until they repair the pot spout issues, I do not recommend.

    This is by far my favorite keurig. It’s so nice to have the option to make a full pot and it makes it so efficiently and well. There is a filter for the water tank too which is so nice.
