It’s so nice to have the option to make a full pot and it makes it so efficiently and well. There is a filter for the water tank too which is so nice.

We had a coffee maker but too big for two people so I decided to buy this one as a Christmas gift. It works really good, I bought also the k-cups so he can have different flavor each time. And then, if we have visitors I can prepare more coffee without problem

Too many design flaws!

The water reservoir is funky because it is wide and shallow, hard to carry from the sink to the coffee maker without spilling water on the floor along the way. And, the second pot I made, something happened in the filter basket so that much of the grounds flowed out of the basket, fouling the machine and ruining the pot of coffee. It was quite difficult to clean after that mess because you can't take it apart (other than removing the basket assembly). I'm sorry I purchased this machine.
