We chose this one in particular because of its ability to make single cups of ice coffee. This model doesn't take as long to initialize and heat up to start brewing which is a real nice addition. My old one took a little while and had to use timers with it. No problems with this one so far (knock on wood).

This was a replacement unit for a Kuerig that I used for 5 years. My issue is not with Keurig but rather Best Buy. Most stores offer 30 day exchange while Best Buy only allows 14 days.
