Some pods are weak but when the right pods are used its great!

I would have given my Keurig Elite 5 stars if it were not for several false “add water” alerts, when in actuality the water tank was more then half full.

My old one broke so we got this one. I really don’t seen any difference other then new style.

I like the quality and effortless way to make coffee!

This is my second, and worst, Keurig coffee maker. The first one also purchased at Best Buy had so many issues I had to get rid of it. This one I've only had and used for about 3 months and now after the first descaling the coffee tastes horrible. The Descale light never came on after three months of heavy use so I'm assuming it is broken so I descaled it yesterday. A nightmare. After following the directions, which I'm used to by now, I had to do several more cleansing brews to get rid of the cloudy water. That was yesterday and today none of the coffee brews taste good and it took several more tanks of water to finally get clear water. However each cup of water has some residue in it that can be seen floating on top of the water. After cleaning it with a small portion of liquid soap (Dawn) it still tastes terrible. I give up. Since I have the Geek Squad warranty on it I'm taking it back and may just get a regular old coffee maker. I'm stick of Keurigs because they are high maintenance and too much work to clean. Unfortunately I just made a large order for Keurig coffee pods so I may have to try to cancel it or give them away. I like Keurig machines, but I'd like to get one that works. This is the last one I'll buy from Best Buy since this makes two that were defective. Either this store has bad merchandise or they're getting all the rejects. I am thinking the Descale light was broken which is why it never came on and could account for the bad-tasting coffee because it was long past due being descaled and probably ruined the machine. I blame this on poor manufacturing and testing prior to being shipped to stores. I never could figure out why that Descale light never turned on. Another broken Keurig. Keurig makes lousy products that aren't worth the price.

Had the product for 8 months now, with no issues so far. One thing I love about it is the feature where I can pre-set it to switch on at a specific time. The only thing that doesn't make sense is it's cold brewing feature...where you have to brew using hot water option into a glass filled with ice!

Works great. Excellent options and cups of coffee every time.

This is my first keurig and I love it. I notice when brewing it cold the taste is a bit off. I haven't used it as much lately after noticing a bunch of the kcup I purchased are plastic so I'm a bit worry about heating up plastic and drinking it daily

Love the timer function as well as iced functions. Multiple fill sizes is nice as well. Reservoir could be bigger IMHO , but it is one of if not the biggest that they offer. Have been using it every day for almost 7 months now with no issues at all. Style and color are really nice.

Works well so far. Like that it has the larger reservoir tank requiring less refills. Only complaint thus far is that the tank no longer has the under light built into it, other than that it brews a cup at a time as expected.

Very simple product to put together. Also very easy to use.
