Good coffee maker and easy to use. Brewed coffee is weak for 8 to 12 oz cups, even with strong setting. I own a hamilton beach coffee maker with carafe and also k-cups. My hamilton beach coffee maker makes better and stronger coffee at regular settings.

This Keurig looks stylish and have more features for me to try. I love it!

We use this everyday for coffee, tea, and hot water. The one we bought wasn't dispensing the correct ounces. Called customer service and they replaced it right away.

i have the original classic keurig and i love all the features of this one, so much more to it and was definitely a great buy that’s going to get A LOT of use! very happy.

I got this to make iced coffee. It has 5 different cup sizes. We also use it for 4 ounces to add to oatmeal. I don’t know how I lived without this!

So far this is working great. Without reading the instructions however, this one is more difficult to figure out than our last coffee maker. I don't know that that is a good thing, but one should always read the instructions. If it were easier, I'd give it 5 stars.

This is the best coffee maker!! You can make regular hot or iced coffee. Quick and efficient. And delicious!!

This is my 3rd Keurig coffeemaker I am not liking the new design and it isn’t as well made as the others I have had in the past For one thing, to see the water level you have to walk around to the side to check it The older models had the water level visible from the front The other issue that I don’t like is that the top of the water tank has to be taken completely off to fill The older models had a 2part lid so you could just lift the front of the lid to fill with water without taking the whole lid off I won’t be buying another one when this one wears out

Our 10 year Keurig was able to tell us BEFORE you started a cup of coffee that water needed to be added, this one will make a half a cup and stop without prior notice, otherwise a good appliance. Another note, why remove the clear front to see what the water level is, ours site in a corner and the lid has to be removed to check the water level.

Really like this Keurig. Husband bought it for me because he knows I like iced coffee.

This is our second one, the last one made it for five years. This heats up much faster and it seems that the water comes out hotter. A good choice for the money.

The Keurig works great!, this was a replacement from the one I had that quit after 8 years of daily use. The features on this unit are actually useful, it has 5 cup sizes, strong, hot water and even an ice mode. The appearance of this copper unit looks good on any counter and blends in nicely. However there are a few areas that could be improved upon. For instance, the controls are located on top making it harder to see, they should have angled it so it would be easier to see. Also - to fill the water tank you have to remove the whole lid instead of having a hinged lid to lift up. Other than that.. I'm very happy with it and the coffee always perfect.
