    I've owned multiple throughout the years but this is one of the best Keurig's I've owned. It has a good balance between features and just making a simple cup of coffee.

    after a few weeks of use, we went back to the old coffee maker. had to descale it after two weeks. then it was never the same again. after only another few use, it is saying it needs to be descaled again.
