It has a bigger reservoir than the previous one. It’s very easy to use except for the options. Any person of normal intelligence can figure them out. Mine now turns on and warms up in time for me to get my first cup in the morning. That’s more than I need already. It warms up super fast anyway. I have a whole if stack of boxes of K-cups, enough that I should add them into my will. I can’t make a cup of coffee as well as my Keurig. I love it.

The filter it comes with gave unpleasant taste of the first couple of coffees, but this aftertaste is gone now. It may even not need to be used if you use bottled water, so I may get rid of it eventually.

Its hard to tell if the water reservoir is out of water. I wish the water level could be seen from the front of unit.

I am so satisfy with all the features it has built in. So may different ways to make coffee including ice coffee. I am tempted to buy one for my office.
