It was well maintained. Keurig needs to up the reliability or warranty as I have went through many over the years, at only about 2 cups a day.

I order it it and it was to come in on dec 16 it did not come in until the 20th of Dec. they could not tell where it was.I almost canceled the order. To try to get it before X-mas. That is why I gave it a 3 star

This one spits and sputters a bit more than my old one, but all in all I would say it is average. Lots of "features" that really amount to not much difference.

Not what I expected

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fir this price can be better, in the morning my countertop was in water, It was 3 times in two weeks I tried to call best buy and they told me they can help only if i will return it and they will charge me a fee because it was used already, I don’t have any change just to leave with that.

The water sensor on it already seems to be going bad (it doesn't stop the machine from going dry anymore) but it still brews coffee so 3-stars.
