definitely no Elite

I've had 2 K classics before and they were great, this thing is junk. Wasn't getting the water hot and dispensed 1 oz more water than it was supposed to in every setting, therefore every cup was watered down. Customer service replaced it but the second one is doing the same. I'll end up disposing of it I guess and buy another K Classc

NOISY LITTLE THING
