    Great looking machine, large water reservoir but not as good as the old version imo. Mine broke after three days of minimal use

    If you don’t mind paying a lot for watered down everything this item is for you. It’s well made and has some nice stated features; however, regardless of what your choices are the only thing to be guaranteed of is a watered down mediocre end result. This is a very disappointing item with the exception of hot chocolate which turns out decently.

    After a year of use, the coffee maker does not make correct size of coffee.

    At first it was telling me to add water and the tank was half way full. Now it will not make coffee. It keeps turning itself off. Had my old Kerrigan for many years. I was happy with it at first but not now. Definitely a lemon.

    Way more expensive than one we replaced a s this one makes a lot of noise. It also “spits”. Would not buy this model again

    These poop out after awhile. Wish they wouldn’t. These are convenient but there is nothing great about them.

    For the price it is good. It's not easy to use, when I have guest at home they cannot easily make a simple coffee, the turn on and start has issue

    I have had this Keurig for only 3 months. It started spewing hot water all over the counter for no reason whatsoever and now it will not turn on. This unit was pretty expensive to last only 3 months!

    Loving my new keurig. My old one started to decline so it was time for an upgrade. So much better than my old one and more features as well.

    Ended up returning. Water did not get hot enough. Coffee did not taste good. This was the 2nd one returned. 1st one did not measure out correct cup sizes. Inconsistent quality by Keurig. Went with a drip coffee maker which works much better!

    I like how the massive options in the machine. You can do expresso styles or even cold drinks or just hot water.

    Cheaper product than what was replaced under warra

    Kuerig is always replacing their products with more expensive ones but less features of the ones returned under warranty. Finally found one we were impressed with and wouldn't you know it , it quit working also . Of course the replacement one for this one is cheaper but slightly more.
