    I am not a coffee drinker but, wanted to be able to offer coffee to visitors. I have since found hot cider that I really like and the machine is getting used way more then I could have imagined.

    Very disappointed with this Keurig have purchased other ones in the past and never had problems with them. This one leaks after brew is done and when the machine is turned on. It has leaked so much that it filled the holder cups sit on. Maybe a defect or just the style.

    This is an "Old Faithful" and it is a great piece of hardware! Could not live without it.

    Stopped working 30 days. Having issues with Keurig making it right. Throw it away and go with another brand

    Sometimes if you're making a larger glass of coffee or hot water (2 cycles) it will lock up after the first cycle and when you press the button to start the second. You'll have to wait for it to time out so you can press your button a third time for it to make more coffee.

    Worst experience ever

    My 1st Keurig lasted 4 years. Replaced it with a K Elite and only got 1 cup of coffee and the 2nd just put out cold water as soon as I turned it on and wouldn't stop until I turned it off. Replaced it with the same model and it worked 4 times before doing the same thing. replace that one with the cheaper K Select classic which worked for 8 days before doing the same thing; unbelievable.

    We have really enjoyed this product, it works well and replaced an older Keurig that was worn out. I like the upgraded dispense sizes and the hot and cold features.

    Purchased this model Keurig because it was the most expensive and appeared the highest quality. Upon receiving it felt light, and cheap but I was able to look past that. Now, less than 2 months later, I can't even make a single cup of coffee with this unit. When attempting to make a coffee, it shuts off as if a fuse is blown inside. I am extremely unhappy and would not recommend this product to anyone.

    Do not purchase

    This is the second one we purchased. It did not even make it 2 months before the pump went out just like the first one did. We make 5 cups of coffee per day. Not a ton and it still broke. I will purchase a Keurig product again. Do not purchase and save your money.
