    I have an older keurig and it was made so much better. Keurig has compromised their materials in making these newer machines . I’m disappointed and wish my older machine was still working I would return this one in a heartbeat .

    it takes time to heat the water every time you use it. I cant see the buttons being on top and on my keurig pod storage drawer. not a fan

    I have had a Keurig before as a matter of fact many. This if the first one that leaks water when at rest. I put a cup under always, and there is water in it when I go to make my coffee and the maker is OFF. I have taken all the water out and started over, but the problem exists. First one that is a dud.

    Ordered New Recv’d Returned/Opened Box

    Did online order for New Unit. Received a box wrapped in a tape saying “Inspected By Best Buy”. Have ordered several items from Best Buy New and have never been taped like this. Only taped as this when ordering “Open Box” items. Called before opening was given answer that wasn’t reasonable. Went ahead and opened and followed setup instructions. At point that said brew 8oz hot water for 1st brewing for cleaning. Only dispensed approximately 4oz. Very disappointed as have always had good dealings with Best Buy. Haven’t decided yet what to do.

    Setting for strong works. Five amount levels. Larger water dispenser. Wish it was hinged. Haven't used the iced feature.

    This coffee pot is a good size and works great. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't hold more water.

    Broken after 5 weeks of use. Descale does not work and pump appears to be clogged with no solution due to design flaw

    Kept Blowing The Circuit Breaker

    The first Keurig Elite kept popping the circuit breaker. Worked with Keurig support who suggested descaling the product. Tried that, kept blowing the breaker. Tried outlets throughout the hose with the same issue. Returned the Keurig Elite for another Elite that was in stock. Same issue. Had an electrician come to the house. The house wiring was fine, He said the Keurig Elite was causing the circuit breakers to blow. Returned the second Keurig Elite.

    It rips the Kcups and there’s a lot of coffee ground that passes through to the cup! We are actually thinking about returning it.
