    Absolute trash it's poorly made very thin cheap material. 7 months after purchase it decides it doesn't want to make coffee anymore it will only make water tea or hot cocoa. SMH waste of money the earlier models of Keurig work far better. It doesn't appear I can get a credit through Best buy either because I purchased 7 months ago at least from what I understand.

    Makes good coffee when it works properly

    This Keurig - K-Elite coffee maker for the last month now has been letting water out into the overflow tray when it turns on. It overfilled the tray your cup sits on this morning and water all over the counter, I'm not happy! I will try another one, but the quality sure isn't the same as the old Keurig I had for ten years. If the next one acts up, then I will pursue a different brand. Keurig you need to step up your product like they use to be.

    This is not my first Keurig. I loved the other ones. This one is terrible. It blew a fuse every time I tried to use it. No I don’t have an older home or bad wiring. My other Keurig machines never did this and they were more expensive models. This machine is complete garbage.

    We love this coffee maker, but it seems to be a little more sensitive than our previous coffee maker. Needs to be cleaned and descaled monthly.

    This coffee maker is nothing compared to the first keurig , these are of poor quality and the water comes out so slow the coffee is cold almost before I can drink I wish I had not purchased because I gave my old Keurig away when I bought the new one

    I returned this item. The kcup holder would constantly snap out and had trouble closing after putting a coffee pod made for Keurig.

    It didn’t last for more than one year, and ironically that’s exactly how long the manufacturer’s warranty’s period is for.
