The amount of liquid it dispenses is not as accurate as one would think. If you click make a 16ounces by using the 8oz setting twice, you sometimes get a little more and overflow the cup. I have a 20 oz cup and it has filled it to the rim on a couple of occasions.

The old one was easier to remove and replace the reservoir.

I use this one at work so I wanted the extra water storage so I don’t have to fill it up as often. I use the strong setting with environmentally friendly K-Cups from SFBay coffee.
