This replaced our 11 year old Keurig and its so good!

Upgraded to this model when my old just stopped working. This machine can make your cup stronger or iced.

I love this brewer but would like it to stay on a little longer. Also. Would like a hinge in the water reservoir lid to make filling easier.

Easy to use and love my coffee ready in minutes !!

This Kerrigan does what is advertised but when I’m handling the parts I have to handle with care. The parts are not as durable as the one I had before. The plastic on this one is more flimsy. Also, I have the timer set to come on in the morning and the power off is set for after two hours of being on. The problem is that if I turn it on to get coffee in between that, the on timer what work again unless I power it off. It’s seems as if it has to reset itself. I’m not sure if that’s a defect or not.

Features are nice but compared to our slim it takes a while to heat up. Also you can't see the water level from the front. Small inconvenience but otherwise so far it works great

I like the "Strong" button on the machine! Also it seems to make the coffee hotter than my last Keurig, which is great. The only con I have with it is it was difficult to program the timer and settings. I had to play with it over a couple of days to get it to auto turn on in the morning. If you get this machine, you'll see what I mean. You would think something as simple as programming start and stop times would be easy...but Keurig made this one so its not.

Bought it as a replacement and there are differences, which were for the better. I use a water pitcher to fill the reservoir, but it is removable which is nice. Like the option of choosing a strong brew.

Very pleased with product and received item quickly.

Works as it should. Instructions could be in a lot more detail, for instance about setting the time for how long before the machine shuts off or turns on. Have to guess at what the symbols mean. It tells you to got to the web site for instructions. That was absolutely no help. No instructions there.

This my second Keurig, other died of old age.. The K-Elite is works much better than my older version and appears to be stronger built. Produce a very good cup of coffee!

Compared to my old- 3rd Kuerig machine- I love this new one. It keeps my water warm so the coffee making time is faster!

This has made my mornings a lot easier, and it looks great on the counter!

It is a beautiful looking Coffee Maker. I purchased it in July 2021. I thought it was great, however the last few months it is takes longer than usual to get a cup of coffee, and it varies in strength. I usually make 1 K-Cup per day. I keep it clean and change the filter, so I don't know what the problem is. I will research, but I am uncertain whether I would recommend it.

Had it for about 2 months now and no issues yet. Touch screen works great, no leaks, love the back light on the water tank and the fact that you can change colors. Read other reviews about water leaking or machine just draining water out but I guess that's just a hit or miss. Hope that issue misses me. So far so good.

Enjoying this one better than my last $250 Keurig, that died within a year. Heats up quick and the reservoir is plenty big. Fits under the counter which is great because of our small kitchen.
