I have been using a nice Keurig coffee machine for about 7 years. It finally quit making coffee so I wanted a replacement. This unit was in stock at Best Buy and had similar features of the old one. I am very happy with this machine; it works better in all respects than the old one. Makes a great cup of coffee! Also, can put out 8 ounces of hot water for instant cocoa packages.

Bought when the 2.0 died. Big improvement over the old models. Various sizes and functions, while coffee is hotter

Love my litttle Keurig. Simply wish teh carafe was a little larger (the water reservoir). All the machines are like this, however. Wish Keurig would come down on their prices on everything they produce, but for a Keurig, it is a good one.

Love it! It have a generous water reservoir, along with multi size cups. Fits wonderfully under our cabinets and still lets us get to the water to fill. Some coffee pods are strong so we put our large measure cup under and run 2 cups to get a nice even medium brew we both like out of one pod.

After four years my Keurig finally gave out. Bought this as a replacement. One nice feature is you don’t have to wait for it to warm up before starting your brew. You just set your cup size and when it warms up it will automatically start brewing. One thing that I wish it did have that my old one did was the water tank was lit and it had a touch screen. I miss that.

By far best coffee maker I have ever used. They seems to break for us every 3-4 years but we go through 10-12 cups a day so I'm not complaining. We do use filtered water - it seems to make the Keurig last longer. Prior to using filtered water it would last us 2 years max.

Love it! I really like that it has a water filter and option for iced coffee.

Fill the tank, put in pod, choose hot water, cup size and you have the drink of your choice! Hardest part is deciding what kind of drink to have, coffee, tea, iced, hot chocolate etc. Great variety of pods to choose from. Also can use your own coffee in the pod you purchase separately. Cleaning unit is easy, tells you when needs descaling too. We were wasting coffee before now we get what we want with no waste. Tank easy fill with water and has a filter inside.

Replacement for one from 7 years ago. Like that this one is smaller and could get to match my other appliances. Also like the fact that water heater can be set to be hot when I get up in the morning.
