This is my 2nd Keurig and YES, my favorite.

My husband is an expert on complicating computerized items; therefore, it must be a good machine. I too truly think it is very easy to operate as well as "good for the eyes".

My concern is that I can't get it to program right, and the one I just purchased has a leak. The features are really nice and the ease of use is nice. I am getting really upset about how many Keurigs I need to purchase before I get one without a problem. I really think the people at Best see me coming and say here she is again. Many I just need to give up on this model. Will keep my fingers crossed that the one I just exchanged will be OK. Cannot get it to program the temp to 192deg.
