I haven't had a chance to use it a lot since we purchased for our RV, but it worked great out of the box. I have owned 2-3 Keurig machines over the years and I love them. So easy to use and I specifically purchased this one over other mini models for the strong brew option and it came with the pod holder which is nice.

This K-Mini Plus works okay, if you’re patient. It doesn’t have a reservoir to keep heated water. So you have to wait for the water to heat completely before the brewing cycle starts. It also has a timer which will shut off the brew cycle if the water does not heat up to the temperature set point by a certain amount of time. Therefore, you CANNOT use cold water. Not even water straight from the tap, as it is too cold. Crazy right? I had to call the 1-800 number for technical support and he instructed me to try room temperature or slightly warm water. That worked. So he told me about the timer deal. So I use room temperature bottled water, because even the water from our R/O drinking water filter is too cold. Not very convenient. But I bought this for our travel trailer to use while camping. So for that purpose it works well as long as you keep fresh water room temperature.

Easy to use, fast brewing and great for singles or those that dont drink a lot of coffee. Very compact size. Great in small spaces.

Excellent coffee maker. Very low profile and makes a super hot cup of coffee. I am very impressed.

I bought this for quick cups of coffee during the day since we are now working from home indefinitely. With very limited space for more appliances, I chose this model. Its super small and fits great on the counter. Also makes good quality coffee very quickly. Overall I am very impressed with this model.

A little noisy but conveniently small. Has a handy holder for the k-cups.

Love this single cup Kerug coffee/tea unit. Perfect size for my limited counter space, and love the k cup holder because it fits right into front of unit when not in use! Its slender design is a must for anyone with limited space!

I bought this for a friend who loves Keurig made coffee, especially the variety that it offers. She has been calling us up every other day just thanking us for the gift and sharing the different coffee blends that she has been trying out. so far she has had a wonderful coffee drinking experience. This is just about the right size for her single daily life caffeine needs.

We don't use it all the time so we didn't want something that took up a lot of space and this works perfectly. It brews a great cup of coffee when we need it and tucks neatly back into the corner when we're nit using it.

This is a very good size for kitchens that don’t have a lot of counter space. Very easy to use.

Face it, you’re getting a Keurig for convenience, not great coffee. That said, using the “Strong” option on the new Keurig mini results in noticeably smoother, better coffee than our old first generation Keurig mini. Plus, the design of this unit is much more compact and elegant. We don’t mind leaving it out on the counter.

The product quality is superb. Solid, well thought out and well engineered. The coffee quality is always going to be personal taste, but if you use the pods from a coffee you already like you will be very pleased. Even my wife, who was against this and continued to use her large pot coffee maker, finally switched and now greatly prefers this.
