Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Keurig thinking I was upgrading from the mini. I'm disappointed that I still have to fill the water holder often. I still feel like I can only make a cup at a time.

didn't work at all

Didn't work out of the box.. called the service line... they were very helpful. Was unable to get the unit to work so they replaced the unit with a k350. The k40 elite is in the process of being discontinued. Hmm maybe this has happened before.... hundreds of times. Steer clear of this coffeemaker
