Bought this for my mother as a christmas present for my mother, and we absolutely love it. Not a thing wrong with it whatsoever. We both love it because it makes cups super quick and includes the Carafe with it with some sample k-cups.

I have to be honest, I'm not sure what to say about the star rating on this. Taken by itself, the 2.0 series is a nice, if not strictly necessary, upgrade. The four-cup carafe capability is an interesting addition, although I'm inclined to think that it's a waste of effort if Keurig never bothers to bring out a My K-Carafe attachment. According to Keurig's website, it also supports Vue cups, which is mainly of use to people who bought into the Vue system. (If you did, I have no idea what you were thinking. Here's your way out.) Coffee is hot and appropriately tasty, and (hallelujah) the system is self-priming, which means no poking at the thing six or seven times when you haven't used it in a month.
But that lockout thing... that's a doozie. The workaround is easy enough -- slice the foil off the top of a licensed K-Cup and put it on top of whatever you're putting in there, making sure the sensor can see the label band around the edge -- but it's the principle of the thing. Keurig, in trying to escape the inevitability of losing business because of an expired patent, has attempted to remove the one thing about its system that set it apart from other single-serve coffee systems, the ability to opt out of the Keurig ecosystem. Even the My K-Cup no longer works; even with the workaround, it won't fit properly in the chamber. (The Melitta semi-disposable pods I reviewed a year or so ago, though, work well enough with the workaround, as I assume will most smaller K-Cup replacements.)
When you get right down to it, Keurig misfired pretty badly on this one. The coffee maker itself works pretty well, and if you don't mind tinkering, you're good to go. However, if you prefer to have things work out of the box, or if you just avoid DRMed things as much as possible on principle, the 2.0 series in general hasn't much to offer you.
UPDATE: Yes, it supports Vue cups just fine. It doesn't explain how to use them in the manual, although the Vue cup boxes say to use setting 4 on the touchscreen.

After having a B60 for awhile, it gave out. after comparing this from the k300, and k500 I determined for the cost (sale price at the time) this was the best for the money. It has a color touch screen that is extremely easy to use and set up was quick.
It is like any other keurig machine except you can now do a 4 cup pot. Coffee comes out as expected and hot.

I have absolutely no complaints about this machine. I have had three different coffee/espresso machines and this one is by far the best. It's so quiet, it heats up super fast, and makes a great cup of coffee every time. I will never switch...ever.

I got this as a gift for my mom. She absolutely loves it.
The only issue we had was on occasion it would continuously go into 'preheating' mode and get stuck for hours. She called customer service and they sent her free coffee samples for her troubles. We fixed it by cleaning the top needle and making sure that everytime we made coffee, the cup was pushed all the way down and punctured before closing the lid.

This is my first Keurig and I am very pleased with it so far. The coffee comes out perfect every time. For some reason, when I used to brew in the smaller carafe coffee makers, I could never get the coffee to taste the same way twice. I don't have to worry about adding to much water or too little coffee. You can chose your desired temperature so there is no "cooling off" period.

Our original Keurig died and we needed to get a new one immediately. I did some research on the internet and found the unit we wanted at Best Buy. Purchased it and are happy with the new technology. The only thing, older K-cups may not work with the 2.0. It brews a wonderful cup of coffee and that is the most important thing!

I purchase this Keurig k400 2.0 for my niece and sister as a Christmas gift and they love. They both consume a lot of coffee and tea during the week between work and college. My niece cannot stop thanking me enough. She said it is so convenient and easy to operate.

We were wanting a coffee maker that would do single cups as well as a pitcher. This unit meet both of those needs. The timer for brewing cups is nice. Also like not having to fill it up with water every time you make a cup is great. Very large reservoir. .

I really like the maker for what it does it's nice having the other function so u can make cocoa or even soup without having to run xtra water through. It is also nice being able to pick size of cup u want. The issue is that u cannot fit travel cups under even when tray is moved out. So u have to make in a cup and then pour into mug.

This was a Christmas gift for a relative who received two coffee makers. She returned the other and kept this one because of the larger reservoir and flexibility offered for the larger carafe or for single cups.

The Keurig machine is a convenient way to have coffee whenever you want it. You decide what you want and the machine takes over. The only trouble is where do you start. Do you want a normal cup or strong. Do you want a 6 oz cup? 8 oz? 10 oz? It seems a larger cup is a weaker cup of coffee even if you choose "strong" because it pumps more water through the same grounds. Be ready to purchase lots of pods early, take advantage of a Keurig deal when you register your machine...........and try to figure out what you're going to settle on., Lots of fun; clever machine!

This is a nice coffee maker. Do not care for the k cups but love the basket that you put your own coffee in. Once you figure out the right size and strength it makes a great cup of coffee.
