I love, love, love the features that persuaded me to purchase this coffee maker - strength, temperature, size choices, and I am enjoying them for the most part. I love the easy to refill reservoir, the slim design (though I'd like it better if the back of the machine and the reservoir were aligned so that it would be a tighter/closer fit to the wall), and I love the way the easy to select preference buttons are available for specific, tailor-made brews. With four people with different tastes, this is definitely a winner! However, I am wondering if there is a glitch in my coffeemaker. When the cocoa drinkers make their drinks, it seems the k-cup isn't emptied completely, a cleanup is required, and a "rinse" is pretty much mandatory rather than a choice prior to making a new beverage. Is the force of the water not what it should be? Seems like some of the much desired beverage is left in or on the machine. Also, I am wondering if it is a given that after prepping coffee at a increased strength level if it's a given than unless you want to have coffee grounds visiting the next beverage prepared, you have to wipe off the needles. I'm thinking that with the added time that allows the grounds to become more saturated it may hold the water rather than flushing it through quickly that the water level is higher and when the cup finally drains stray grounds are left on the needles. I would welcome any feedback. I would still recommend this coffee maker and I hoping that these are glitches are just that, glitches that can be addressed and corrected.
