    I love my keurig and this filter system works great, but its a shame keurig now makes you buy the filter system separate. My first keurig lasted 3 years and came with it.

    This filter kit is so easy to use. It just snaps into place at the bottom of the reservoir. We have very hard water where we live & this really helps. No more of that grainy, mineral taste.

    I am very happy with my Keurig filter. It comes with one to start out and another to replace when it goes bad. It has made it so I don't have to buy tons of bottled water anymore just to enjoy my Keurig! Definitely a must-have!

    I purchased this filter because the instructions on my kcup brewer said I needed this component. For some reason it seems to throw off the brewing process (slows down) and I end up with less coffee than expected. I tested by removing and correct cup size brewed without issue. I am just wondering if this is really necessary.
