    I like this product very much. The only issue may be for someone who has to use EDID settings and still needs the HDR info to go through, if you set EDID other than default HDR will not work. This is a problem if you have both a 4k player and something like the new 4k Apple TV with HDR

    Bought a cheaper HDMI switch at first, but it didn't get along with my Sony 4k player. After doing some reading this seemed like a safe bet, and it works perfectly, Remote response is quick, picture is great, works with all of my electronics. I have an xbox one x, ps4 pro, Sony ump-x800 4k player, and 4k Apple TV, hooked up to it to go to a SJ9 sound bar. It does pass through Dolby Atmos. Build quality is nice. It can sit in a visible place, but its really designed to be hidden.

    This switcher is horrible I was unable to use switch from 1,2,3 or 4 save your money and buy one that come with a remote.
