I installed a new stereo in my car Dodge Grand Caravan and the factory speakers could handle the upgrade. They started to crack and sound bad. So It was time to upgrade the speaker as well.

I think I would definitely give them a five star rating if they were getting power from a 600 watt amp, or possibly a crossover since I'm only using about half of the 2000 watt amp I have pushing my kicker 10" comp c's. which I'll purchase soon. But 4 stars until they have the power they deserve. Their max is 450 watt a single. So just running them off my jvc touchscreen deck I recently bought I've seen a huge improvement compared to the stock speakers.

Loud clear bass. Little distortion. Work great even without amp but amp gives them full out range.

We just replaced the factory speakers in my 2007 Mustang with the Kicker CS68 speakers and I must say that I was disappointed with the bass from these speakers. They were definitely more clear than the factory speakers, but the factory speakers I have to say had more bass than these speakers. I had to raise the bass boost on the radio and they still don't have enough bass for me.

A nice upgrade from factory. Doesn’t kick any extra bass, but quality is much better.

The Geek Squad installer suggested these speakers based upon his experience. I really wanted JBL. The speakers sound alittle hollow. The speakers are clear in sound, but something is definitely missing.. I only got these because one of my oem speakers blew.
