He found out that I wasn't getting any audio from my passenger side rear speaker, and I didn't even realize that. Again, I appreciate your professionalism and thank you.

Waste of time and money.

These things are absolutely horrible. No to mention the sales associate gave me the wrong wiring harness. Just a wasted day....
