Disappointed that it was not compatible with my Samsung cell phone. Outside packaging does not indicate which phones it is compatible with. Tried to return, was 1 day late so Best Buy would not accept return.

Bought this not knowing that it has compatibility isses with some phones. You should check the list of compatible phones before you make this purchase. I'm lucky that it worked with mine. The plug is a little touchy.
