Works great and matches the rest of our kitchen aid appliances. One thing I can’t figure out sometimes when you run the convec oven the setting of the oven doesn’t stay consistent.

Our first unit wasn’t working correctly. Thanks to the Geek Squad protection had a new unit in a reasonable amount of time (custom order item). We’ve had the microwave / convection oven for a few months now. It is amazing! Beyond the basic functions I find many of the advanced features very useful. The convection part of the oven cooks frozen food fantastically. Frozen egg rolls, pizza, other items come out with crispy crusts and have never tasted better. The steamer function has done a great job with fresh corn on the cob. It tends to over cook other vegetables if left for the entire cycle (at least for my taste), but I just take them out early. The major problem I have this product is that I’m always looking for new stuff to cook in it. Installers were great and very accommodating. One warning, you need a 220v outlet for this microwave. This unit is expensive but worth it. Have gotten rid of my countertop toaster oven and great for small Baked items, don’t have to use the full size oven as much. As a bonus, it looks great in the kitchen.

Nice unit. Had to run direct 240V line that I was not expecting to do. Door would not open without using spacer kit.

I begrudgingly bought this to match our other KA units. It works fine but wish it had more flexible and individual buttons than just waiting for the display to scroll through options. It works and heats well though.

Is it a microwave? Is it a convection oven? Is it the right size? Is it good looking? Yes to all. We've only had it for a few months but so far so good. Dedicated 20 amp circuit, plenty of power.

I love the ability to cook with the convection aspect instead of just straight microwaving which doesn’t cook evenly. I’m in love with this kitchen Aid .. it’s really an oven instead of just plain microwave... love the defrosting as well... for once a company had made a product which allows you to actually defrost and not cook at the same time... amazing!! I could go on and on and have great things to ad. However look up the features on this product and you will be amazed! You get so much more than you pay for... KitchenAid has never disappointed... each year they out do themselves keeping the price down and allowing us to be so happy we didn’t buy Viking products ! There I said it.. love Viking and wolf I just don’t like their price ! We are working class people and are savers. ... Thanks kitchen Aid

love this oven! We purchased when our microwave died, and we love this oven! so easy to use and so many options! Fits perfectly and we loved it so much we purchased the warming drawer too!

Had to buy this Kitchenaid microwave to replace an old GE microwave convection oven because it fit in my existing cabinet. Expensive, but I like it. It has a lot of features, but haven’t used all of them yet.

I already owns several other KitchenAid kitchen appliances. I am doing a kitchen re-do and wanted a microwave to match the other appliances. I purchased this and it looks great in the kitchen. Gives a nice sense of continuity since it matches all of my other stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. Sleek lines, modern looking appearance. I definitely recommend it.

AFTER EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED, IT SURE LOOKED NICE IN THE KITCHEN. HAVE TO ADMIT THOUGH, THAT THE MICROWAVE SEEMS TO BE TOO SMART FOR IT'S OWN GOOD. IT DOESN'T HEAT THINGS UP AS FAST AS OUR OLD $100 MICROWAVE FROM WAL MART. ALL IN ALL, IT WAS A GOOD PURCHASE AND IT'LL WORK.

Happy with Kitchenaid microwave oven. Looks great and easy to use.

We bought the microwave to replace another GE microwave and convection oven combo. Once installed the microwave was super quiet, and easy to use. One thing I would watch out for is if this is a DIY install, make sure you measure the actual unit, as the hole they tell you to make in your cabinet, is just a bit too big

Love this convection oven/microwave. Only problem is the sound level of the timer cannot be adjusted.

Had to replace my microwave and I had a kitchen aid so this built In fit perfectly. It does a wide variety of things and is an excellent microwave. It heats up things in a hurry and is also a convection oven.

I have had a convection microwave forever. I love the versatility of being able to use it as an oven and/or a microwave when needed. Renovating a home and knew, I wanted thIs instead of double ovens.

Have 2 of them they work amazing. 1 of them is over 5 years old.

Have purchased this so I could have a toaster, steamer, oven and microwave in one. When it got installed it didn't work right. Doors didn't close all the way so it wouldn't run. Got it replaced, but it took over a month dealing with kitchenaid. Now we have a new unit. It works great. Make sure to purchase warranty with it. You will need it.
