The refrigerator is beautiful and pretty much what I expected, except for the constant water leak coming out of the freezer door. I received the product yesterday and it started leaking right away. I contacted the Geek Squad and they will be coming in 4 days to check it out.

The day after delivery I noticed the front of the refrigerator was scratched from top to bottom. A new refrigerator was ordered and delivered within 2 weeks. The second delivery went much better. I am happy with appearance and features of this refrigerator.

So far so good!! Lots of flexibility in the shelving for the freezer and the fridge! Looks very good!! My old KitchenAid is over 20 years old and is now going in our garage...hoping this one does the same!

Horrible service

Freezer never worked. I returned it. Replacement was ordered then cancelled without reason and I was without a fridge for 3 weeks. Never buying from Best Buy again. Shocked they even sent me a reminder to give a review.

Have had it for 2 months, and so far it has been a blessing.
Great lighting, water and ice are great and the the veggies are staying nice and fresh.
The service for the installation i read some bad reviews but the guys that set ours up did a good job. Definitely could tell they hated their job.

zero rating. The service sucked and I got a refund. The worst service experience I've ever had. I will avoid Best Buy for the rest of my life. What's worse is I was on hold for a cumulative 6 hours with no supervisor availability. The only thing I know about this refrigerator is it arrived damaged and nobody made an effort to replace even with a similar item.
