Overall, very satisfied since this model has more of the features we required than anything else on the market now. This unit is one of the VERY few on the market with a completely recessed turntable - nothing sticks up over the bottom/floor so there is less danger of chipping or tilting a dish. This model also has a white interior instead of a dark finish used in so many other units. The only drawback is the noise from the fan. It is louder than their previous model and takes some time to get used to it.

Easy to use, user friendly - no manual needed. Fan is noisy and you can't shut it off until no heat is sensed.

I bout this item as an open box, saved $250 and it looks great , works great . I recommend it.

I got this microwave after researching several different microwaves and their reviews decided to pull the trigger on this one and I'm glad I did it's everything they said it is . It's a pretty addition to my kitchen look wise and it does what it suppose to do. Needless to say I'm glad I bought it.

This was a top of the line microwave at a great price. It was a floor model and the staff at my local Best Buy were extremely helpful in finding me the missing mounting brackets and they did a great job wrapping the item up and helping me get it into my truck. It works great, looks great, installed easily over the stove and was a bargain. Very happy.

I have been looking for a replacement for a Samsung microwave that only lasted 2 years. I have always had good luck with KitchenAid products and when I saw this model and price, I could not pass it up. Installation was a breeze and I was up and cooking in less than 20 minutes. Very haapy!!

Very easy to install, very clean look, the most quiet over the range I have ever owned. I would highly recommend this product. My wife love all of the options and how this cooks food.

Very quiet unit and great to have 3 fan speeds when boiling and cooking pasta. Heats up food fast and even and very roomy. Will highly recomend.

I purchased this and the Kitchenaid dishwasher at the same time. It's average. Not worth the money I paid for it. If they had one on display I would not have purchased it. It does have a lot of options half of which I will probably never use. It is very loud, much louder than my old Hotpoint, which is why I am only giving it 3 stars. It also came dented which my husband and I didn't notice until we installed it. It wasn't worth the hassle of taking it down to return it. If we did I probably would have returned it for the Samsung.

I really like this microwave. It has great styling, matching the drop in range. Very easy to operate, easy to install, and spacious.

Matches my other Kitchen Aid appliances beautifully! Much quieter than my old Amana Radar Range!

Love the sensor feature... melts/softens butter perfect, reheats awesome. Looks great. Only complaint is that when it is done cooking it does not automatically shut off ... beeps continue. Have to hit the cancel button. Otherwise, love it!

It has a clean look and is easy to use. Came with clear cut instructions on installation.

But the finish of the stainless steel appears a little cheap. Functions are all good

This unit was easy to get used to because of its intuitive touch pad that has features you'll actually use, like the :30 one-touch button. It seems a little louder than our last unit but the last one was also dying for some time and not putting out the energy to heat things timely, so the lack of effort may have meant a lack of sound.

The backing plate is different, it would have been nice to use the previous KitchenAid plate already attached. They went to a 30 second key and left off the quick minute which I liked.

This oven was to replace a dead microwave oven. This is the same make and a newer model of the same size oven (physical and power). The older oven lasted 6 years requiring the touch screen assembly to be replaced once. Rather than have to old oven serviced, it was decided to replace it. The consideration was to keep all the built-ins in the kitchen the same manufacture. Installed the oven myself. With the help of a second person, the installation is actually rather simple. Of course the manufacture had changed all the mounting holes and the the bracket, so everything had to be changed out, but from all the old stuff and with the new instructions, it was easy to see how to do it. Also I did a better job of sealing the fan ducting to the oven than the professional installer did for the first oven (this is an over the stove oven with stove hood fan).

Microwave is fine so far. Nice looking. Much easier to set timer and do simple things that i cpuld not intuitively figure out on my old kenmore . Happy consumer so far!

Installation was easy, once I removed the existing cabinent and installed a new shelf to mount this to. The existing cabinent was too low and would've left the microwave way too close to the stove top. Intstructions were clear. It performs great and has more features than I will ever use. Looks nice with my kitchen aid stove. My only complaint is the fan is loud on any setting but low and is still not very quiet then.
