Excellent and reliable fridge! One of my biggest gripe with water/ice in fridge is being clean. Because of the moisture and residual water/wet, it's easy for the piping and filters to get dirty/moldy, so most of my old fridges I don't use the water and ice function. I'm happy to report this is easy to clean. The fridge itself is pretty standard otherwise, easy to use. I highly recommend Best Buy's totaltech membership to have this installed, and also have the warranty extension. It's been over 6 months and still functioning well. Love it. I just wish it was a little cheaper for what I get, otherwise it would be a 5 star product.

Replacing a seven-year old KitchenAid, side-by-side. Liked that one; and, like this one. Stylish, roomy, well lighted.

Great refrigerator : (1) Adjustable Shelves (2) Bright Interior Lights (3) Water Filter at Eye Level (4) Good Volume/Capacity and (5) Quiet Operation. Electronic user Interface is intuitive and easy to use.

I purchased KitchenAid Refrigerator KRSC503ESS01 which is a very similar model in late 2019. The unit was determined non-repairable in July of 2022. The evaporator on the fresh food side freezed over requiring a complete manual defrosting (pull the plug) and loosing all the food inside. Additionally, rust spots are all over the front stainless steel doors although this refrigerator is in a beautifully remodeled kitchen in a house with a great climate control system and never any harsh chemical used to clean it other than a dry micro fiber rag. Other issues worth noting: 1) The drawers feel like cheap plastic and are not smooth on the tracks. One drawer broke in the first year; 2) The drawer pulls have stainless steel trim pieces laid into the plastic pulls leaving a very sharp, knife like, plastic edge. If one is not careful, you get cut. I had my skin shaved off my fingers three times. This is a beautiful refrigerator otherwise. Overall, I wish this was just a bad dream and not the reality of purchasing the pride and joy of American manufacturing since we based our entire kitchen design on this "high quality" brand, and now what? The looks is fantastic but you can't run your kitchen on looks alone. Appliances have to work! Stainless Steel should be just that, stainless, rust free. I honestly struggled with this review and only decided to published it so others do not find themselves in my situation. If I was to purchase this refrigerator, I would get at least a 5-yr protection plan,

This is my 3rd kitchenaid refrigerator over the years. Very good design, capacity and love the finger print free finish. Highly recommend this item and Best Buy was amazing to deal with. Especially during this pandemic. Excellent service!

We recently moved and purchased to replace a full size refrigerator that was way too big for the space we have in our kitchen. This refrigerator is perfect in the space. Has adequate space for what we need but it may not work for a large family. The only minor downside is the ice maker is a bit loud. Works as advertised. Best Buy delivery was amazing and so professional.

Needing a new refrigerator and not wanting a french door, we found this KitchenAid. This product has been excellent so far. Love the look and the print shield finish is awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Love this fridge! Lots of room, especially in the freezer. The water dispenser stops periodically but seems to go back on within a few minutes. Overall, great fridge.

This is my third Side by side Kitchenaif refrigerator. The quality is a serious downgrade from my previous refrigerators. Many metal parts have been replaced by plastic in the drawers hinges etc. The drawers stick, aren’t aligned and can’t be adjusted. The refrigerator has a chemical smell and yellow discoloration inside. Fewer drawers in freezer and fewer shelves on the refrigerator drawer giving less efficient use of space. Looks nice on the exterior.

Cools good, looks good and quiet running. I would recommend this to anyone.

We had replaced out 17 yo Kitchenaid Side by Side with a French door one which i had reviewed earlier. That one was a lemon. Best Buy was kind enough to replace that with this one. So far it is working well. It is roomy enough and we like that we can dispense exactly the right amount of water. The only problem so far is that the water does not chill quickly enough as our old one did. Also, the storage bins look cheaply made and flimsy and are not smooth to push back in.

This was our first fridge for our home. I love the look of it but it is a little small. It tends to get full fast during meal prep and the same for the freezer. However I wanted a counter deep fridge so I knew I would lose space because of that. I will say the ice maker is almost always full. The other positive is this fridge nor the ice maker never make noise which I love since our master is next to the kitchen.

This refrigerator is similar to the one it replaced in brand, size and shape. I like the inner space and everything about it axcept the produce drawers in the old one were on actual tracks and the new one the drawers are not on track so they don't slide well and I imagine they are not going to last as long.

Love my fridge, but the real MVP is the ice bucket to scoop, serve and party in seconds! The fridge is amazing, fresh food and quiet running.

We've wanted to move to a counter depth refrigerator due to the layout of our kitchen, but were concerned about the loss of refrigerated space. Not only did the size of this refrigerator open up much needed space in this area of our kitchen, the inside provides plenty of storage space. We did notice that the manufacturer did not include all of the shelves that their published specifications indicate, but Best Buy was there to make it right for us. We are very happy with our purchase and the performance of this appliance.

I decided to go back to a side by side fridge after my French door had died, and the Kitchen Aid counter depth French door was on backorder. Even with my husband and I being empty nesters the refrigerator capacity is limited. The freezer side capacity is fine for us. The unit as a whole is VERY stylish. It's beautiful inside and out. I love how the water dispenser measures to auto fill. It's a great product - it's just taking some time for me to get use to the limited space -- especially on the doors. I am a big fan of condiments, salad dressings, and jelly's but I had scale down my selection ddue to space restriction.

Great refrigerator! The space inside is perfect , but the quality of the compartments inside are fragile, I expected a little more for a KitchenAid buy. Ice maker is great and is noise free I do recommend if you’re ok with fragile compartments.

Good Refrigerator. Clean, stainless steel. Ice maker works great, and water lines are nice. Good size, and keeps items cold.

Glad i went to Best Buy just to look around. Found the best frig i ever owned. My kitchen Aid is the best works great fits perfect.
