I love the look of this fridge. I'm not sure what I was expecting for the sides but buyers should know it has the old black fridge sides. Unless you put it in a cabinet, the sides are going to pop out at you as they are not the same as the doors. Also, the fridge became noticably louder after a few days. Best I can tell, it is because the fridge is having to work harder to cool itself.

This is the best refrigerator we’ve ever owned. It’s amazing how much room it has for its counter size. Crisper & fruit drawers are insulated so well it’s keeping our fruits and vegetables fresher, longer!! We’ve recommended this to 2 of our friends who purchased it! If I could give this 10 stars I would!

We originally bought Bosch appliances to upgrade our kitchen and they were a nightmare! The fridge was broken the day it arrived. This Kitchenaid refrigerator is incredible, all of the space inside is incredibly well thought out and executed. This is akin to the premium/luxury line of appliances, you can't compare this to GE, Samsung, LG, or anything else you will find on the floor of Home Depot. KitchenAid also offers a 10 year warranty on many of the parts. Aesthetically this is beautiful, the blank stainless steel is so clean and doesn't show fingerprints like regular stainless. I'm so excited to finish getting all of the other appliances, amazing quality. Inside, is also beautifully designed, fantastic layout, bright sleek lights that illuminate the whole interior. If you buy this, you won't be disappointed!

We’ve only had the refrigerator for a month but so far it’s been wonderful. It chilled very quickly and has been keeping everything at proper temperature since. Just love looking at the inside. A step above in how it’s trimmed out. It looks like an expensive fridge! My only gripe so far is that the water dispenser is positioned very far forward in the door opening so you have to be very careful not to drip water as it will probably end up on the floor.

I absolutely in love with this frige, it's stylish inside and out, every time I open it I love it. It not very quiet, but it not bother me. It counter deep. I like light inside the freezer.

Only fridge we found that fit our space perfect. Impressive looking unit inside and out. Hope it lasts us a long time.

Our family purchased this refrigerator as a replacement for our GE professional built in. It is spacious and well built. It is compact but well designed.

Very disappointed, installers installed microwave stove and dishwasher even though my husband expressed that we had concerns about fridge fitting. We visited Orland Park store 3 times with our measurements expressing concerns and the salesmen assured us it would fit by using the leveling wheels, well our model has no leveling wheels. Called and spoke with customer service and no one could help us. Other than offer to pick up the fridge at a cost to us. We now have two fridges in our kitchen that we cannot use. I have a cooler of food that is going bad and your company has left us stranded. We also were told by the salesman that the installers would move our old fridge to the garage but they refused and now my 70 year old husband has to try and do it. We want to return all 7000.00 of the package and will be visiting the store tonight and if we don’t get satisfactory service I will tell every customer in the store to run!!! Because you are awful.

This refrigerator is worth every dime as is the included fantastic delivery and set up people. It is sooooo roomy and the soft close interior drawers are awesome. Everything is as advertised if not better. Stop hesitating- but it. You won’t be sorry.

Loved the space. It’s pretty from inside and outside. Trust me on this a lot spacious than it actually looks. Can’t complain at all.

Super quiet beautiful fridge! We absolutely love it! The counter depth size feels a little small but that is to be expected. Love the gray with wood accents inside instead of the normal plain white!

Love the refrigerator but there is a defect on the door that Best Buy won’t fix or replace because I didn’t inform them about it within two weeks. Spent shy of 5K on a refrigerator after buying the premium 5 year warranty. Have several appliances to replace but won’t give Best Buy another dollar.

Looks nice and matches the rest of our Appliances. Three weeks into its delivery, the back froze up, the user screen failed and our recourse was to call for warranty service. Best Buy will not return an appliance 15 days after purchase. We’re still waiting for parts on a month old unit and have no ETA on when we might have it fixed. Perhaps we got the odd one.

This fridge is top notch. The soft closing drawers were the deal breaker. Has all the bells and whistles. The interior has tons of room for all your food. Gorgeous fridge!

Excellent service at Best Buy in Cedar Park! The KitchenAid refrigerator is perfect for our needs. The delivery guys did a great job installing the new refrigerator and removing of our old one.

My best thing I love my new fridge is that you can actually see everything when opening the door and the fact it has so many other options. Looks Fabulous in my new kitchen..

We are thoroughly impressed we this beautiful refrigerator. It so functional and a joy to use. It makes the cutest little cocktail size ice cubes. It's as georgous inside as it is on the outside. We just love it!

1st unit came and the Best Buy tech scrapped the front finish with a razor knife unpacking. 2nd unit came the next week and they installed it. When it was finally unpacked inside there were chunks of it insulation foam stuck to the back like it wasn’t properly sealed when it was insulated. Best Buy cannot tell us when they will bring us a 3rd unit. Hopefully functional without any quality issues. Have called 4 times in 3 weeks.

It's really really pretty. Only annoying thing is the freezer's soft close doesn't work well. Have to push it manually for it to fully close.

Best frig I've ever owned. Great buy as well. Highly recommend.
