From a designers point of view- This is a great dishwasher for those who want to add a cabinet panel to the front (so you don’t see the Stainless color) and you have a seamless cabinet run in your kitchen.

Plenty of washing options and dishes come out perfectly clean every time. I'm not so sure I really like the top third rack it's kind of awkward....you can remove it however. The middle or second rack is adjustable up or down which is a nice feature and the dishwasher is extremely quiet. Absolutely love the design and complements my refrigerator beautifully. If you're wondering why I'm rating this with only 4 stars it's because I'm not sure about that top third rack.... Did I say it's awkward?

I have had this dishwasher for about a month now and I love it. It is very sleek and very quiet. If it weren't for the indicator light, I wouldn't be able to tell that the dishwasher is running most of the time. I really appreciate the third rack; I was concerned at first that items on the third rack wouldn't get clean, but they always come out sparkling. The pot scrubber setting is a nice bonus and my dishes always come out really clean. The only negative that I've seen so far is that if you use the Pro Wash setting the dishes don't get as clean. But, I think that's a slightly to be expected as the dishwasher is trying to determine how dirty the dishes are. I haven't had any problems getting them clean when I select the settings myself. Additionally, I wish that the third rack could be removed (at least partly) to accommodate taller stem ware. Overall, I highly recommend this dishwasher. It does a great job, and is very quiet.

We purchased this KitchenAid dishwasher as sort of an "add-on" while searching for a new Microwave when my old one gave up the ghost. We replaced our aging low end Samsung dishwasher with this. My wife really liked the extra features like Pro-Scrub and the additional 3rd rack for flat cutlery. Well after owning this dishwasher for over a mont, and having used it almost everyday since I installed it, it does a really great job cleaning dishes. In hindsight, i would have skipped the 3rd rack as it is a great idea in theory but in practice there is very little space (height) on that rack to place much more than knives and VERY flat utensils. Also, because that rack is located above the normal top rack, you have to be very strategic about the placement and height of glasses or anything over about 9 inches tall if you have the 2nd rack in the top position. Now, yes you can lower the 2nd rack but this causes a significant loss of height space on the bottom rack making it nearly impossible to wash average size dinner plates on the bottom rack. I'm pretty sure this extra 3rd rack is going in a closet somewhere in my house before this months over. So my recommendation is to save a few bucks and go with the KItchenAid that has the normal 2 racks with similar features to this model. But overall, this is 5-Star when it comes to getting your dishes clean and it looks great in stainless installed in the kitchen.

I love this dishwasher. With the3rd rack, I am able to wash my good knives without damaging them, as well as some other utensils that are too tall. It is easy to use with many options. But, best of all, is how quiet it is. We barely notice it, where others have been noisy enough they disrupt conversations, etc.

This dishwasher is so quiet and does a great job of cleaning dishes/silverware/utensils. I love the top rack for utensils and other flat items. I did a lot of research before ordering this dishwasher. I love it so much more than the old dishwasher we had. My dad has had his KitchenAid dishwasher for 15 years and it still looks and runs great! Hope I have the same luck. The delivery was disappointing because it got changed at the last minute and my husband wasn't home to disconnect the old dishwasher that Best Buy was supposed to haul away. I first refused the new dishwasher but they said they'd come back to get the old one so I agreed to take the delivery. I've called (and you can't talk to anyone in the delivery area direct) and still no luck after 3 weeks of the old dishwasher sitting in our garage. But - regardless - I do love this new dishwasher:)

Was looking for a dishwasher to replace our broken one. We did not have the Kitchenaid brand in mind. We were shown this one because it was on sale and included delivery and installation. It looks great and so far (one load) does a great job. It has some really nice features and we look forward to years of use.

This very nice dishwasher has an professional chef look and is very quiet when running. Regular wash seems too run a long time but dishes and silver come out spotless . Love the extra flat rack on top . No cons so far with this product ..

This dishwasher has great reviews for a REASON... Well worth the money invested...QUIET AS A MOUSE, and efficiently gets the job done. VERY impressed with our new KITCHEN AID. YOU will be as well.

This dishwasher washes very well, and is extremely quiet. I don't like that my tall tumbler cups do not fit on the top rack, and this is even after the top tray has been removed. Also, large kitchen utensils don't fit well in the silverware bins.. so I have learned to use the bin closest to the dishwasher door for these types of utensils. The idea of having a thin tray at the top of the dishwasher is neat, but it doesn't work well. Spatulas and large spoons do not fit there, they are to wide.. so it's basically for flat utensils or very thin plastic caps, etc. I removed that tray completely.

We upgraded a nice Whirlpool Gold dishwasher to this stainless model, and the improvement in sound is unbelievable! You hardly know it is on! Does a good job cleaning, too!

We are so pleased with the new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. It is so quiet and it cleans and dries so well. We have had Bosch in the past and they are excellent too but I give he edge to Kitchen Aid.

Very pleased with this purchase - Looked at units from all manufacturers in a price range a little below and a little above this unit. We selected it based on features and appearance. Dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. Machine is very quiet - an excellent bonus as we use the delay timer to run it at night. Our favorite part is the handle - a nice design detail that really elevates the look of our kitchen. Highly recommended machine!

I searched for a long time to find a great dishwasher and I did!! This dishwasher is quiet and cleans really well. The 3rd rack is wonderful!

This dishwasher cleans dishes well. It is also very efficient and quiet.

This dishwasher is quiet enough. Salesman tried to sell the next model up, lower decibels, but there is virtually no noise with this model. The racks are not as sturdy as my last model but it works very well. The install was a little rough as the BBY contract people gouged the cabinet during the install.

Stainless inside and out. Clean dishes every time.

The unit is amazingly quiet. It cleans well and holds a lot. So far, drying is not great-theee is a lot of water on items. I am experimenting with settings to try to find one that is better.

Very easy to operate, extremely quiet when operating; very attractive appliance.
