KitchenAid Panel Ready Dishwasher

Unfortunately, it does a poor job at drying even when ProDry is selected. Also, the dishwasher does not turn off even after an overnight cycle or an Express Wash. The blue light stays on and the fan keeps running even after 12 hours. We called KitchenAid and Best Buy Geek squad but they were of no help.

Don't waste your $ on this or total tech

What's even worse is the total tech is worthless. 2 appointments made and no one showed up. Next appointment is for a week from now. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sales guy didn't know the replacement model well enough and this Panel Ready model was not a true replacement and we had to return it and get our second choice. Best Buy even had a guy come out and measure the space and had access to the model number and serial number of the old dishwasher and could have stopped the delivery of the wrong appliance.
