Easy installation. Runs very quietly; cleans & dries very well. Love the third rack and the adjustability of the middle rack.

Pros: cleans really well. More space for more things (because of 3rd rack). Bonus: Looks really nice. Cons: could be quieter. Don't get me wrong, it's quieter than our older Dishwasher. But you definitely know that it's running, even though you aren't in the kitchen. Also, while the dishes are dried fine, there's moisture at the bottom and the sides of the dishwasher. I know that this is part of the "new way" that Dishwashers dry but if the moisture is left in there after emptying the dishwasher itself, you can't help but create eventually conditions for mildew build-up. So we use something to prop the door open to let it air dry.

Great capacity. Thoroughly dries dishes with no residual water left on items. Third shelf is a great plus. Operates extremely quietly.

My family is so pleased with the large capacity and cleaning abilities of this dishwasher! The large third rack option is what sold us on this purchase. With young kids constantly going through dishes specifically cups, this extra space is a must! Other third racks are made simply for flat utensils. In addition to a flat utensil area, this dishwasher is designed to hold small bowls and full size glasses. I’m impressed with how much I can fit for one wash! It is not the most silent dishwasher out there but the noise doesn’t bother us- the space is worth it!

He likes the design of the older Kitchen aid model as claims there is more room, he mostly does the dishes but I do them sometimes to and I really like the 3rd shelf as feels it takes care of a lot of items that I want to keep further away from the heat, it is quiet but only comment would be that it takes a really long time for cleaning but is very thorough in its cleaning, like it a lot so far. Have had it about 1 - 2 months now.

After having to return 3 other dishwashers we spent a little extra and this gem was worth it. Everything clean, every time. So quiet you can't hear it sitting next to it. The third rack actually functions, and the digital display on the front is very useful. The dry cycle actually dries too. Just a lovely machine.

This dishwasher fits my family perfectly! Having a family of five with three little ones can create a lot of dishes since we eat at home for almost every meal. That being said, the fan enabled air dry allows a load of dishes to be washed and a few hours later, be pulled out to be put away to be reloaded…all in the same morning! Our previous model by KitchenAid did not have this option, so we would crack the dishwasher door after the washing/drying cycle and wait for them to dry thoroughly. No more! I thought the third top rack which holds and washers cups would be a little gimmicky, it actually turns out to be one of my favorite abilities of the dishwasher. I can put bottles up there, but if I don’t have enough glassware or bottles, I can flip bowls or small plastic containers and set them up there and they wash perfectly! Overall, this dishwasher has been amazing, no issues, it’s quiet, and a true powerhouse! One minor issue was the first dishwasher was delivered damaged, the delivery guys and Best Buy made it right in a matter of days, and had another one delivered a week later, Way to go, Best Buy!

This dishwasher is extremely quiet. Also, it has the largest capacity of any of our previous machines and cleans extremely well. We completely loaded it with scraped but not rinsed dishes after our Thanksgiving dinner and tried the Pro wash setting - everything came out sparkling clean.

Great dishwasher...very quiet and plenty of room for large pots and pans...does a great job cleaning dirty dishes...love the 3rd rack.

Love the design. Cleans the dishes great. It is really really quiet; I have to walk up to it to make sure that it is running. Installation by best buy contractor was fast. My only complaint it that I wish that it had a better operational manual. I needed assistance loading this fancy model.

Very satisfied with this dishwasher. I like the rack arrangement, flexibility, and functionality. I especially like the Extended Pro Dry feature. The cycles do run a long time, but with the extended pro-dry feature the dishes come out drier than I have ever had before in any dishwasher. Although not silent, it is very quiet when it's running. I am really happy with this dishwasher.

Best dishwasher ever. Our dishes have never been so clean. Whisper quiet when running, we can run it when we go to bed, does not interrupt our sleep. Love the stainless interior.

We replaced our 20yr old KitchenAid dishwasher with the latest version. We continue to be delighted with the quality of clean, the outstanding design of the third level and expanded capacity. It’s so quiet, and looks great!

Needed a new dishwasher when our old one no longer cleaned well. With 2 kids and plenty of bottles, we needed something with 3 racks and quieter than our old one. This kitchenaid was perfect. Have had the dishwasher over 6months and has cleaned well from the beginning and is considerably quieter than our prior dishwasher which was over 10yrs old.

I recently purchased this dishwasher, and it replaced a 19 year old Kenmore dishwasher. Originally, I was considering a Bosch, but decided to g with the KitchenAid, and I'm very glad that I did! It is so quiet when operating, and it gets my dishes spotless. I really like the clean look, and the top control pad. I had Best Buy Geek Squad installation, too. The technicians did an excellent job. Great overall experience!

Dish washer does a great job cleaning dishes and silverware. The 3 racks make it easy to load and it is quiet when working.

Well first of all, shout out to the installers. Now let’s talk about this dishwasher. I had a Bosch but decided to try this brand. I like the 3 racks but would have preferred two racks because of the height of the racks. It’s quiet enough and the dishes are sparkly when the load is finished. The dishes are dry as promised. The look is nice except it has to stick out a bit so you can see the top of the dishwasher. I like the display on the front of the dishwasher-this is puzzling to me because there are no true pictures of this outside display. There is a countdown when starting and that is helpful because if I’m in a rush and didn’t push start, it will beep to let me know. Oh, there is a delay start for up to 24 hours which is amaze balls. Don’t forget to push the second rack all the way back because it has its in jets-so high tech. I wish it were smart-why I don’t know; maybe because the rest of appliances are and my 12 year old says it is a must. Long story short, it gets the job done well.

Splendid dishwasher! Looked at a lot of dishwashers as our Bosch was showing its age and had been off track with those awful wheels at the bottom of the rack. Not this one! No wheels! and a very clever upper rack design. Runs silently and the dishes are sparkly clean! Not the cheapest but worth the price IMO. No need to go Miele!

We’ve had the dishwasher a little over a month and so far it’s as good as advertised. Dishes come out very clean and dry. The third rack is very useful. This dishwasher is extremely quiet. If you are in the market for a dishwasher I would recommend this KitchenAid.
