Excellent cleaning and very quite. We always use the "quick clean and pro dry", takes 1:40 min and its done. Only issue is the middle handle, its is wide and the inside plastic piece ended up cracking right in the middle. Does not affect the functionality at all.

The dishwasher is the best I have ever owned. The three racks, one of which is adjustable are perfect for large or unusual size loads. Very quiet and cleans very well.

5 years of nothing but trouble and ZERO support from an executive escalation. The initial dishwasher lasted 2 week before flooding my house. The installation crew claimed it was a faulty machine personally I thought it was the installation crew cross threading something because I "thought" KA was known for quality. Fast forward 4-5 years it will have cost 150% more than the unit to repair. Within the first month the soap dispenser broke. Next the wheels fell off the bottom rack and melted on the heating element. The hinges have warped and near impossible to close. It will simply pop back open while washing. The top basket has now collapsed rendering the machine useless. I emailed the executive team and even spoke to a representative for executive escalations. The will NOT stand behind their appliances. They did send someone out to inspect the burning smell and repairs were quoted at ~$1500 of which the offered $0. They did offer me a discount on a new machine but they go on sale all the time so the reality is they still make money selling me a new machine vs making their defective product right or replacing it. BEWARE! KitchenAid no longer stands behind their product nor is it the same quality their products used to be. Complete trash so buyer beware.

Put in plenty of scraped but otherwise dirty dishes and glasses some covered in sauces and chocolate's, even hard to wash off eggs. Added dirty silverware and wine glasses. Put it on express wash which takes 70 minutes and used 1 Cascade complete. Voilà it worked perfectly, all clean and spotless. At 1st had trouble getting dishes to stay in place on the bottom rack, but simply reversing them solved it. Extremely quiet and we are very pleased.

My entire family loves this dishwasher. It is awesome. The interior lights are an excellent feature and worth the price difference. It cleans flawlessly. The Geek squad was very professional. I’m so glad that I didn’t install it. They are very good at what they do. No complaints from me.

Loving it so far! I went online to watch a few videos on how best to load the dishwasher and it is doing a great job so far! It drys everything very well and we are very pleased with this purchase so far. The racks allow us to place more inside the dishwasher than our last Kichenaid model (which lasted 12 years).

Marvelous dishwasher (DW). Well designed, superior construction, and easy to use. I replaced a Samsung DW. No comparison between the two. A little on the expensive side. However, I believe that it is worth the price, particulary if you can it on sale. JFA

So happy with this purchase. Lots of room, like the self close door, and the option to just clean the top rack. The dishwasher cleans and dries everything great. I have not had to wipe excess water off the top of the glasses.

Quiet. Nice sliding drawers. Led light is so nice. Let’s you really see how clean the dishes are when unloading them. Nice design. Very happy with our purchase.
