They have tried and tried to rectify this situation. Today a fourth delivery attempt was made with a new dishwasher each time. Each time the dishwasher either had a major manufactures defect ranging from the top rack not being attached to the inside of the drum to water pump not being attached at all to the machine to dents on the door. Absolute biggest joke ever! We had purchased all new, matching kitchen aid appliances. At this point we are reinstalling a Bosch that doesn’t match that came with the house. If I could I’d have Best Buy come pick up all these appliances and buy different brand.

Within the first year of purchase I had to replace my refrigerator. My cooktop had to be replaced twice. Now, as I'm out of warranty, my dishwasher broke. It cannot be repaired because the seal under the machine was damaged and cannot be repaired, This is a very expensive machine to have to replace it 3 years after purchase. I called the company and the answer was that I'm out of warranty. I wouldn't spend money on ANY Kitchenaid product.

Can not get a dishwasher delivered without damage!

They have brought 2 and both have been damaged while in the box. The Box was not damaged, as they opened both boxes in my presence! Very frustrated & Still no Dishwasher!
