From day 1 we had an issue with the ice maker leaking water. Best Buy did not want to take back the fridge. I've had 9 warranty repairs so far and at this point the ice maker was turned off. Will wait to see what the manufacturer will do next. If I could do it again I would NOT buy this fridge.

The two middle drawers have a magnetic sealing feature. Just a push to get it near closed and it pulls itself shut. The under-shelf led lights were a major consideration for me. The freezer has the lower storage space plus two drawers to separate everything to make it easier to sniff through.

Besides it's beautiful looking inside as well as outside, it has great space. I love the 2 individual drawers that I use for frequent access. Love having the freezer on the bottom.

Purchased this fridge to go with the appliances in our new home and couldn't be happier. Easy to use controls and quiet. Does everything we need it to and looks great.

Fridge came with sticking freezer drawer which was resolved by the knowledgeable delivery staff. Fridge is amazing with the only exception in the ice machine which seems to really like throwing ice around rather than in the glass.

Very attractive refrigerator and great idea with 5 drawers but many issues with ice maker. Repair people have been out to our home 6 times since last July due to leaking and ice maker replacement. In fact they will be coming today on July 4

The refrigerator itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately, I did not get the service that I should have received given the price point of the refrigerator. For example, I was not told that it’s way too big for the average kitchen, and upon receiving it I realize it does not actually fit. Granted it’s on me to check measurements but it no point of the sales person say hey lady this is industrial size.

Quiet, good looking with great amenities. The lighting is terrific and more space than we anticipated. A little pricey but worth it!

So the unit does not appear to be worth the price tag. I've had issues with cracks in drawers and icing on freezer drawer. But the split drawers are sweet and it's massive, so at least it's got that.

This is a really good looking fridge and it works really well. Great interior colour and good lighting on the racks. Spacious and easy to access. Really happy with it....

Great five door design. The two self closing drawers are a really nice feature. Plenty of room in the freezer and good layout in the refrigerator. Loving it!

I absolutely love this fridge. It's the perfect size with sufficient shelving adjustability that one can fit most anything. The freezer has surprising capacity and is well suited for a multitude of freezing needs. Ice maker and water filter work well. Seems pretty durable has served 4 years without fail. Only slight irritation is the propensity of the tray in the ice and water dispenser to come loose overly easily. Strongly recommend.

Like the multiple drawers for produce. The interior finishes are very attractive, so much nicer than standard white. Everything is very functional.

Have been having so many issues with this refrigerator. Its been about 3 weeks and atill waiting for it to get repaired. They rescheduled me twice. I have been having problems with the ice maker a couple of times. Now its the freezer. All my food went bad. One of the drawers is not working so it doesnt let the drinks get cold well it just has a lot of issues. Stay away from this fridge it will give you a lot of issues. Manager was no help at all. He didnt care if i was with no ice or freezer for 3 weeks and that i have to be buying ice everyday and the food i have to cook.

This is very large, spacious refrigerator. There is lots of room. Great design and finish. I am glad I splurged on the black Stainless. Well worth it for my kitchen design. The split mid-drawers is very convenient. Only a few complaints: - Only one split sliding tray for tall items. If you have more tall items you'll have problems. I looked at other units after seeing this, and saw that all refrigerators from all brands have only one split drawer. - Limited door storage. This is because of mid level drawer. I saw this in other refrigerators also. - Water dispenser is a bit loud.

Noisy, and the ice, water dispenser keeps dropping after you release. Overall I like the features and style.

Best refrigerator I have love all the drawers and everything about it I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone works great

Ice maker does not keep up and stay full. I only have two people in the house. Surprised the ice is not full all the time. over all good fridge lots of room

The unit has a nice layout and utility, but runs noisy (compressors, ice and water dispensers) and the water and ice shut offs have a bit of a learning curve. The latter isn't a big deal to an everyday user, but when guest use the unit we find ourselves picking ice cubes and drying up water from the floor. I know nothing is perfect, but in this price range I expect better mechanical engineering.

I read many bad reviews on this refrigerator but I have to say that we love it. It is noisy and it would not be ideal for a family. However, I can get around the noise because of the excellent crushed ice and how evenly it cools food. It is perfect for 2 people. It does take 24 hours to fill the ice compartment. Our granddaughter gets crushed ice all day and we never seem to run low on ice. We did buy it at the outlet center so we did not spend $4000
