Two years ago I bought this Kitchen Aid Refrigerator for around $3500 plus tax. About three months ago the freezer stopped cooling. The refrigerator at the time was 2 years and 2 months old, so it's out of the one year warranty and we don't have an extended warranty. Who would think you would need one when you spend this kind of money on an appliance! I called Whirlpool, they sent the request to their exclusive technician for in warranty and out of warranty repairs, Fields Appliance Service, Inc., of Orlando(local repair agent for Whirlpool). Here’s where the gaggle began. The unit stops freezing, then freezes, stops freezing then freezes. Approx. every 2 weeks the techs come back and by they get here its freezing again, and they can't duplicate the problem. Does Whirlpool care! NOOO, Next time I’m buying a Samsung! Never again Whirlpool or Kitchen Aid.

Pros: Sleek, spacious, it's just all alround a great fridge Cons: Water/Ice dispenser, price, that's all I can think of

I bought this refrigerator about a year ago and so far It has been a good refrigerator.

This French door refrigerator is super impressive!! I'm truly amazed at all the features that it offers. Immediately after installation, the testing of the water output was very,very cold!! This fridge is very,very spacious, lots of compartments to store many items. The freezer department has lots of room for storage. This fridge offer many settings that you can personalize, store, & lock. This French door refrigerator is not only very stylish, but it works really well. I read reviews on this appliance, and HONESTLY I can say that I have "not" experienced any of the less than 5 star ratings. I love this appliance, & I am completely satisfied with my purchase. No complaints!!

We are very happy with our purchase of the KitchenAid refrigerator. It has all the space our busy family needs. We especially love the convenience of the extra drawers for produce and yogurt/ deli items we use most. It is well built and made in America. The lighting inside is amazing, there are even lights under 2 of the adjustable shelves. We feel we made a great choice.

This is the best of the best. The unit looks good. So roomy inside. The freezer has 3 drawers and so much space.

Bought this refrigerator to replace an LG InstaView which even though aesthetically beautiful, left so much to be desired especially when you have to replace a system control board twice in less than a year! This KitchenAid refrigerator is beautiful, efficient and spacious, ice maker is quiet, gets loaded fast, vegetables keep fresh longer and everything seems to be easily reachable

I bought the whole set and I love everyone of the appliances! The refrigerator is just beautiful. I thought that it wouldn't hold a lot but it does. I really cant say anything bad about it. If I had too I would say for some the icemaker might be a little loud. For us its fine!

This refrigerator provides a good amount of space. I also like the adjustable shelving so I can make room to other items. The meat drawer is also nice to have.

Matches perfectly with our other Kitchen Aid appliances. The capacity is great. The extra drawers took some getting use to, but they are great for drinks and snacks! We aren't even using all of the shelves since it seemed like too much, but it's nice that we have an extra one just in case.

The fridge has a lot of room and many compartments. Freezer on the bottom also has enough space and compartments. The only issue I have with mine is that the ice dispenser freezes up and won't let the ice dispense.

Very pleased with the exception of the cool water Dispenser. Its very noisy when dispensing water; sometime which can be described as a mild grinding sound. Also the compressor is loud when going through its cooling Cycle. All drawer are very smooth with exception of the freezer drawer; it rolls cheap plastic feel versus nice and wet smooth feel.

Love freezer 3rd level for flash freezing. Middle drawers are working well after schools snacks. Easy lift out of the ice bucket is good for setting up ice water baths. Only ding ... freezer sagged when I put heavy ice packs in the pizza pocket to help it cool down on the first day. We just plan to keep lighter items like frozen ice cream bars in there.

We've had this fridge for about a month or so and I have to say, we love it! The only thing I think could be improved on is the lack of shelving on the inner doors, not much room to store condiments, other than that the 3 drawers in the freezer make for good organizing, I usually don't like have a drawer freezer I've had one before and it was an unorganized mess, but this one has 3 drawers and compartments in the bottom of the 3. The 2 middle fridge drawers are awesome for keeping kids snacks so they don't have to open the main fridge 100 times a day. Also the adjustable shelving in the main fridge is a great feature, I can fit lots of drinks, even 2 liter bottles fit (also white wine, I can chill it and not lay the bottle down) overall this was a great purchase, we've had no problems and I'd buy it again.

excellent storage. We like the 3 deep aspect of the freezer, and the fact that the drawers close themselves.

Amazing fridge, at this price the only thing that is a huge bother is the tray underneath the water and ice dispenser is glossy plastic and can not be removed for cleaning. There is a crack behind it which water can get into since it is sloped backwards to prevent water from getting onto your floor. Our food lasts longer and dang is this thing beautiful. Amazing capacity and the shelves and drawrs allow us to fit exponentially more in this than our prior lg that was 1.2 cubic feet larger. So happy we bought this fridge.

This fridge has plenty of room. Has sleak design an modern look. I really like the rolling drawers.

I researched refrigerators for MONTHS before purchasing. This one had some good reviews, some bad, so I was hesitant. I loved the design and with needing all my appliances to match (and be in stock during a pandemic) we gave it a try. I do not regret it one bit! There is so much space. It’s beautiful and we get compliments all the time. We did have some issues with the water dispenser within the first week of purchase, but Best Buy exchanged it quickly and efficiently. Turns out that issue had not been previously reported and it must have been a fluke. Our new one has zero issues, I find the ice maker to be rather quiet (opposed to some of the negative reviews) and it is just beautiful and spacious. Our toddler loves having her own “snack drawer.” Many reviews mentioned low ice output. We only really noticed this in the beginning. There’s an option to produce “max ice” and it seems like once we did that it was full and hasn’t had a problem keeping up since. I do wish it was finger print resistant, but it’s so beautiful I don’t even mind having to wipe it clean every now and then. Very happy with our decision.

Beautiful frig. Very well designed. Very bright. Great use of the space.
