It is a great refrigerator. My only complaint would be that the 2 drawers for produce is not deep enough

5 door frig is the way to go! Saw it in the showroom and it was a must have!!! The 2 mid drawers are fantastic!!! Overall-Design is functional and very ROOMY!!! Also like the freezer set up and the 2 horizontal drawers.

The Kitchenaid Refrigerator is AMAZING!!! Plenty of space to store the amount of groceries we do. Aside of the first refrigerator being damaged and having to wait a few extra days for a new one, the refrigerator is awesome!!

Love this fridge. No issues so far. I'm huge into organizing so I love the two extra drawers. Perfect size for our family of three...soon to be four.

We like the size and number of drawers that come in it. Allows the ability to separate different items like cheese and lunch meats.

As a previously satisfied Kitchen Aid customer, I was thrilled to see this product and bought it at first sight. However, less than a month in use and with the refrigerator full of food, it stops working, bit nervous but not worried, confidant that Kitchen Aid would stand behind its products, were told that the earliest a repair person could come to look at our refrigerator was 10-days, that seemed bit odd, asked to speak with supervisor, explained our situation, we have no back-up fridge and over $300 in food and again we were told 10 days is the earliest and best we can do, we're sorry, we just have to deal with it . We're still waiting for the repair person to show up but based on this brief ownership experience I wouldn't trust my families needs to KitchenAid.

My previous refrigerator had the same cu. ft. as this one, but this Kitchen Aid has more organization built in and it looks like it is half full when compared with my old one. I am thrilled with this purchase and it looks beautiful in my kitchen!!

I bought this unit end of Feb 2024. I also bought the geek squad extended service contract. This unit failed barely over 1 year later in Sept 2025. I have had multiple service calls (under contract of coarse) approx 5-6 calls in sept, oct, nov and now again in December. This is the most expensive bad purchase I have ever made. And to top it off Best Buy Geek Squad can’t get it fixed properly. I will never buy this brand refrigerator again. It is the worst I have ever owned

We are very disappointed in this refrigerator. While it looks great it is very poorly made. It’s not even two years old and we have already replaced the ice maker twice and now the control board and inverter need to be replaced. For a refrigerator that’s over $4000 I would expect it to last longer than the cheap one we bought for the garage!

It’s elegant. It’s beautiful and I love it. I just bought a new home and this is the center piece of my kitchen. Everyone loves it.

Love the look and the ideal of immeasurable storage. Please don't be deceive. The shelving has a great look but not sturdy. Items heavier then a can good causes on the shelving to tilt inwardly as if the items will fall out when opening the doors. We had a family cookout and leftovers look like a disaster waiting to happen. The storage bins slides in and out as long as you don't put a jug of milk on the shelving. When you use the ice/water dispenser; it throws ice chips everywhere and water runs down the door. A draining mechanism would been nice. The rolling wheels does NOT support the weigh of the frigid. It done a number on our kitchen's floor. Stay away from this train wreck. However, it has a great look.

Very nice layout. You will need to think about where you want to store items and move the shelves around to get your optimum setup. The drawers are super nice. I dedicated one to cold beer and that is working out well for me!!
